Do I Need To Be On Site For The Delivery?
No, you don’t. We will deliver the bin on the day you’ve requested it. However, we do ask that you leave specific instructions when placing your order and ensure your bin location is clear to allow the driver to safely deliver the bin.
For example: indicate, Please drop the bin on the West wall of the building, facing North. Any special instructions such as "please speak to security, or pin pad code" is required.
